Master Terms of Service & Commission Regulations

The Social Booth Club Co. LLC
Effective Date: January 2026

Welcome to the digital storefront and Master Booking Ledger of The Social Booth Club Co. (“the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service and Commission Regulations (“Terms”) govern your entry to our digital platform, your interactions with The Concierge Desk, and any reservation requests submitted for our luxury mobile photo booth.

By accessing our platform or initiating a booking directive, you, your elite planning representatives, and your designated event entities (“the Client,” "you," or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

I. The Nature of the Commission

The Social Booth Club Co. provides bespoke, mobile studio portrait experiences tailored specifically for prestigious weddings, elite corporate galas, milestone affairs, and high-profile private soirées across Southern California.

  • The Ledger Reservation: Submission of an inquiry via The Concierge Desk or the Booking Ledger constitutes a formal request for a commission. No booking is officially secured or bound until a formal contract is executed by both parties and the required retainer fee is cleared in our master ledger.

  • Refusal of Admission: To maintain absolute quality control and structural alignment, the Club reserves the sole right to decline any commission request at our absolute discretion.

II. Financial Policies, Alterations, & Rescheduling Fees

Because we intentionally limit our master calendar to a highly restricted number of commissions per date to ensure white-glove execution, our logistical scheduling is rigid and strictly protected.

  • Retainer Commitment: All deposits and retainers paid to secure your calendar placement are completely non-refundable and serve to guarantee our availability, staff allocation, and material preparation for your designated date.

  • The 14-Day Alteration Threshold: Clients are permitted to request a schedule adjustment or date relocation up to fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled event date, subject to calendar availability.

  • Late Alteration Penalties: Any request to reschedule, modify the date, or cancel the commission submitted fewer than fourteen (14) business days before the celebration will incur an immediate $350 late cancellation/rescheduling fee. This fee must be settled in full before a new date can be provisionally locked into our Master Ledger.

III. Structural Space & On-Site Property Protection

We deploy commercial-grade DSLR camera arrays, delicate professional lighting systems, and custom-curated, expensive backdrops to achieve our signature museum-quality aesthetic.

  • Technical Prerequisites: The Client is strictly responsible for ensuring the venue provides a clear, level 10x10 foot operational footprint with a minimum ceiling clearance of 8 feet. The space must feature a dedicated, stable 15-amp power circuit located within 20 feet of our installation coordinate.

  • Zero-Tolerance Property Damage Policy: The Client bears absolute financial and legal responsibility for any physical harm, vandalism, or theft perpetrated against our terminal hardware, lighting arrays, rattan console furniture, custom vases, or artisanal props during the course of the affair.

  • Compromised Asset Resolution: Should any item be compromised by an attendee, the Client will be billed directly for the full current retail replacement price of the asset. Alternatively, the Client may replace the identical luxury item in its entirety, providing an official receipt as valid proof of purchase. Additional operational disruption and damage fees may be assessed at our sole discretion.

IV. Environmental Control & Mandatory Shelter Regulations

To preserve the flawless integrity of our custom textiles, raw wood finishes, and high-fidelity electronic arrays, strict environmental protocols must be observed for all outdoor commissions.

  • Mandatory Shelter Provision: For any open-air, coastal, lawn, or rooftop activation, the Client must guarantee an entirely covered, structurally sound, and waterproof enclosure (such as a premium walled tent, permanent pavilion, or structural canopy).

  • Adverse Weather Terminations: Exposure to direct sunlight, heavy coastal moisture, coastal winds, or precipitation of any scale is strictly prohibited. Should the venue fail to provide appropriate protection, our gallery stewards reserve the absolute right to suspend operations instantly or transition the setup indoors. No refunds or partial credits will be issued under these circumstances.

V. Workplace Sanctuary & Harassment Prohibitions

The Club is uncompromisingly committed to providing a secure, professional, and respectful environment for our elite on-site staff.

  • Conduct Expectations: We mandate that your guests treat our representatives with the utmost courtesy, maturity, and decorum. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, physical intimidation, aggressive behavior, or unwanted advances directed toward our gallery stewards.

  • Right of Interruption: Should any attendee breach these professional boundaries, our stewards are legally authorized to cease operations immediately, disable the activation terminal, and safely dismantle the set. The Client will be notified immediately of the disruption, and no refunds or fee rollbacks will be granted for lost operational time.

VI. Discretion, Intellectual Property, & Disclaimers

  • Confidentiality by Design: As outlined in our Privacy Charter, we operate with absolute discretion. All personal data and event itineraries shared with us remain strictly confidential.

  • Intellectual Ownership: The Social Booth Club Co. retains all intellectual property and copyright ownership over the structural software, proprietary filtering profiles, and artistic set designs utilized during your activation.

  • Limitation of Liability: While our on-site gallery stewards make every attempt to ensure uninterrupted, flawless operation, the Club cannot be held financially liable for unexpected, catastrophic acts of God, sudden venue power grid blackouts, or extreme weather events that compromise outdoor setups. In any rare event of operational disruption, our maximum liability is strictly limited to a refund of the service fees collected for that specific time frame.

VII. Governing Law

These Terms and all subsequent contractual engagements are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal inquiry, dispute, or resolution arising from these terms shall be settled within the proper judicial venues of Orange County or Los Angeles County, California.

VIII. Updates to This Charter

The Social Booth Club Co. reserves the right to refine or amend this policy to mirror evolving legal statutes or advanced practices. Any updates to our policies will be recorded instantly and marked with an adjusted revision date.
