This Covenant governs the absolute ownership, protection, and enforcement of the proprietary assets, creative hallmarks, and intellectual properties developed by or commissioned for The Social Booth Club Co. (“the Club”). To preserve the rarity and high-society prestige of our digital storefront, physical photo booth, and property, we maintain an unyielding protective posture over our creative ecosystem.

By entering this platform or commissioning our photo booth services, you acknowledge that all components of our service are protected by state, federal, and international intellectual property laws.

I. Digital & Software Architecture

The Club utilizes highly customized, proprietary processing software, signature digital exposure profiles, and bespoke aesthetic filtering configurations to achieve our museum-grade portrait output.

  • Proprietary Tuning: All custom lighting algorithms, instantaneous software rendering profiles, and stylized post-processing digital "glams" are the exclusive trade secrets of the Club.

  • Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: Clients, planners, tech vendors, and competing entities are strictly prohibited from attempting to replicate, extract, reverse engineer, or deconstruct our software sequences, user interfaces, or digital terminal configurations especially with the use of AI or Artificial Intelligence.

II. Artisanal Set Designs & Backdrop Textiles

Our physical landscape represents years of artistic staging and sourcing.

  • Exclusivity of Physical Assets: All custom-engineered structural backdrops, proprietary luxury textile weaves, curated rattan console designs, and unique spatial configurations are the sole intellectual property of the Club.

  • Prohibition of Commercial Copying: The unauthorized commercial replication, structural reproduction, or copying of our physical set designs by lower-tier competitor vendors or rental companies is strictly forbidden.

  • Image Capture Restrictions: While guests are fully encouraged to share their finalized personal portraits, third-party corporate entities and event vendors may not utilize imagery of our setups or proprietary backdrop arrays to market or promote competing rental services without explicit written licensing approval from our principal design leads.

III. Brand Identity & Digital Facade

  • Protection: The name The Social Booth Club Co. LLC, the stylized "SB" emblem, our curated color palettes, typography systems, and the bespoke, high-end copy across our digital storefront are fully protected.

  • No Content Plagiarism: Copying, mimicking, or parsing text fragments from our Privacy Charter, Terms of Service, FAQ Ledger, or general marketing copy to construct a competing business facade will be met with immediate legal cease-and-desist mandates.

The Social Booth Club Co. reserves the right to refine or amend this policy to mirror evolving legal statutes or advanced practices. Any updates to our policies will be recorded instantly and marked with an adjusted revision date.
