Privacy Policy & Non-Disclosure Protocol
The Social Booth Club Co. LLC
Effective Date: January 2026
This Privacy Charter outlines the uncompromising standards by which The Social Booth Club Co. (“the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, safeguards, utilizes, and permanently purges information collected from our discerning patrons, their elite planning representatives, and their esteemed event guests (“you,” “your,” or “the Data Subject”).
Operating within the luxury event space across Orange County, Los Angeles, and greater Southern California, we recognize that privacy, absolute discretion, and confidentiality are paramount. This document has been meticulously designed to comply fully with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), while simultaneously adhering to the rigorous non-disclosure and privacy expectations of high-profile individuals, public figures, and private estates.
I. The Scope of Discretion & High-Profile Safeguards
Unlike conventional digital platforms, our data practices are governed by a philosophy of minimal retention and absolute containment.
Zero Public Exploitation: We do not maintain public-facing, long-term hosting servers for event galleries.
The 48-Hour Vault Protocol: All visual media captured at your affair is treated as a highly sensitive asset. Following your event, a brief 48-hour data-safety window is established to protect the primary client against accidental data loss. Upon expiration of this 48-hour period, all data is permanently and systematically purged from our operational servers.
Non-Disclosure by Default: Every member of our operational staff, including on-site gallery stewards, is bound by comprehensive corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We prohibit our personnel from capturing personal behind-the-scenes footage, tagging locations of private estates, or disclosing the identities of attendees on personal or corporate digital channels unless explicitly authorized by the commissioning client in writing.
II. Categories of Information Collected
In the course of arranging, styling, and executing our bespoke photo booth, we collect specific categories of personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA for any purposes other than to deliver our explicit on-site services.
1. Primary Client & Planner Data (Information You Provide)
To manage your commission within our Master Booking Ledger or via The Concierge Desk, we collect:
Identifiers: Full legal names, corporate or agency affiliations, aliases, and signatures.
Contact Logistics: Private telephone numbers, premium email addresses, physical billing coordinates, and secure event destination addresses (including private estate blueprints or restricted venue coordinates).
Financial Data: Secured credit card details, banking routing information, or wire transfer documentation processed through our encrypted, third-party PIC-compliant merchant gateways.
Event Architecture Details: Creative design decks, mood boards, high-profile security protocols, guest-of-honor specifications, and operational timelines.
2. On-Site Portrait Activation Data (Visual Media)
During the operational window of your celebration, our high-fidelity DSLR studio arrays collect:
Biometric & Biographic Visual Imagery: Digital photographs, high-resolution portrait files, dynamic short-form video captures, and digital glams.
Metadata: Time-stamped data, asset identification numbers, and localized event tags embedded within the raw digital media files.
3. Guest Transmission Data (Ephemeral Routing Information)
To deliver individual portrait keepsakes to guests instantly on-site via automated text messaging or high-speed digital transfers, our terminal interface temporarily collects:
Temporary Routing Identifiers: Guest-provided mobile telephone numbers or device identifiers.
Retention Boundary: This information is used strictly as an ephemeral conduit to route the individual file instantly to the guest’s personal device and is not saved, sold, rented, or compiled into marketing rosters.
4. Automatic Digital Analytics (Website Interactions)
When interacting with our digital storefront, Master Ledger, or Concierge Desk online, we automatically capture minimal data to maintain platform integrity:
Device & Usage Metrics: IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system types, and localized regional coordinates. We use this data solely to protect our network infrastructure and streamline the booking user-interface.
III. Processing Foundations & Methods of Use
We use the collected information strictly to fulfill our high-end service mandates, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the security of our platform. We never utilize client or guest information for automated behavioral profiling.
Executing the Commission: Processing secure transactions, issuing formal ledger reservation confirmations, and delivering white-glove transport and architectural installation.
The Master Gallery Transmittal: Assembling the finalized, high-fidelity digital master catalog and routing it exclusively to the individual or planning agency who initiated the booking contract.
On-Site Operational Continuity: Facilitating the rapid, ephemeral distribution of individual media files directly to attending guests via their chosen mobile device during the event window.
Enforcing Legal & Property Rights: Applying necessary billing amendments, processing our structured $350 late alteration/rescheduling fees, or executing hardware and property replacement assessments in the event of asset damage.
IV. Third-Party Disclosures & The Absolute Prohibition of Sale/Sharing
The Social Booth Club Co. maintains an absolute prohibition on the commercialization of data.
No Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your personal data, nor the visual likenesses of your guests, with any third-party marketing brokers, advertising networks, or analytics firms.
Trusted Operational Emissaries: Data is only disclosed to hyper-specific, trusted service providers who assist us in executing your service (e.g., our secure Squarespace host, encrypted PCI compliant payment gateways, and direct SMS routing networks). These entities are strictly bound by contractual data-privacy mandates and are forbidden from utilizing your information for any secondary purpose.
Legal Compulsion: We will only disclose personal or event data if strictly mandated by local, state, or federal law, or to protect the physical safety and property of our staff and assets. In such highly rare instances, we will make every legal effort to notify the primary commissioning client prior to disclosure, provided such notification is permitted by law.
V. The 48-Hour Permanent Erasure Protocol
Our data lifecycle is engineered to eliminate systemic risk for high-profile events:
On-Site Execution: Digital assets are captured and cached locally on our secured terminal and processed in real time.
Master Handoff: Within hours of the event's midnight breakdown, the complete master visual ledger is compiled into an encrypted digital file and delivered directly to the primary client or planning liaison.
The Discretion Window: The complete gallery remains securely vaulted on our protected servers for exactly 48 hours following the conclusion of the event. This serves exclusively as a safety net in the event the primary client experiences a download failure or accidental file deletion.
Absolute Purge: Upon the 49th hour, the entire digital catalog, associated metadata, and ephemeral guest contact numbers used for routing are completely and permanently wiped from our active operational drives and cloud-linked repositories. Recovery of these files past this window is technologically impossible.
VI. Your California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
As a California resident or an entity operating within the jurisdiction of California law, you possess explicit rights regarding your personal information, which we honor with the highest priority:
The Right to Know and Access: You have the right to request a transparent disclosure of the specific categories and pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, our sources of collection, and our business purposes for doing so.
The Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information collected from you. Note that due to our automated 48-Hour Permanent Erasure Protocol, all event-based visual data is automatically deleted independently of manual requests. For administrative data (billing records, reservation history), deletion requests will be fulfilled instantly, subject to standard statutory exemptions (e.g., active legal contracts, tax accounting mandates).
The Right to Correct Inaccurate Data: You may demand that we rectify any inaccurate administrative or contact information held within our Master Booking Ledger.
The Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal data for any purpose other than providing our explicit mobile luxury portrait service, meaning no limitation requests are functionally required.
The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Because we do not sell or share data under any circumstances, this right is naturally preserved across our entire operational framework.
The Right to Non-Discrimination: The Social Booth Club Co. will never deny services, alter package structures, or assess unapproved financial penalties against any patron who chooses to exercise their statutory California privacy rights.
Exercising Your Statutory Rights
To initiate a formal California data directive, or to request specific documentation regarding our security infrastructure, please contact our private liaison team directly via The Concierge Desk contact page on our platform, or submit a written request via our registered corporate communications channel. Only you, or a legally authorized representative registered with the California Secretary of State, may execute a verified consumer request.
VII. Comprehensive Data Security Measures
We implement premier physical, administrative, and technological security controls to maintain an ironclad sanctuary for your event data. Our terminal hardware utilizes end-to-end local encryption protocols during capture. Digital storage vectors are guarded by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and restricted solely to our principal design leads. Physical transport cases containing cached data drives remain secured under strict lock-and-key protocols from the moment of venue departure to destination arrival.
VIII. Updates to This Charter
The Social Booth Club Co. reserves the right to refine or amend this Privacy Charter to mirror evolving California legal statutes or advanced digital security practices. Any updates to our policies will be recorded instantly on our primary booking page ledger and marked with an adjusted revision date.
